Return Policy FAQs

What items can be returned or exchanged?
Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags and a receipt may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of purchase.

How will my refund be issued?
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Returns without a receipt will receive store credit.

What items cannot be returned?
Worn, washed, or altered items; personalized, monogrammed, special-order, final-sale items, items we no longer carry, and items with retired school logos are not eligible for return or store credit.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Shipping fees can be avoided by returning items to one of our retail locations.

Can final-sale items be canceled?
Final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged and orders cannot be canceled unless the item is no longer in stock.

Shipping & Pickup FAQs

How much is shipping?
All standard orders ship via USPS Ground for a flat rate of $9.50.

Can I avoid the shipping fee?
Yes! Choose In-Store Pickup at checkout. Some schools also offer Delivery to School if available.

How long will my order take?
If all items are in stock, orders typically ship within 3–7 business days. Processing times may be longer during our busy back-to-school season (July–September).

What if an item is out of stock?
You’ll receive an email shortly after placing your order with details on any backordered items. We may also contact you if we have questions.

When will I be notified for pickup?
For in-store pickup orders, you’ll be contacted by email and/or phone when your order is ready.
