Return Policy

Unworn, unwashed, unaltered garments that are accompanied by a sales receipt as well as the manufacturer’s label/tag may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of the date of purchase. Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns after 60 days made with receipt that are accompanied by the manufacturer’s label/tag will be issued a store credit if the items are still stock items.

Return Shipping Charges are the customer’s responsibility but can be avoided by returning or exchanging your item at any of our locations.

Worn, washed, or altered merchandise cannot be returned.

Personal Monogrammed Items or Special Orders must be paid in full – no refunds are available for these items.

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Policy

We ship all standard packages USPS ground for a low flat rate of $9.50.

If you prefer to pick up your order at any of our Retail Locations to avoid a shipping fee please select this option at time of purchase. Certain schools also offer a Delivery to School option. If your school has that option you will be able to select it when you reach the end of your order.

IF ALL OF THE ITEMS YOU HAVE ORDERED ARE IN STOCK, your order will arrive within 3-7 Business Days.

IF ANY OF YOUR ITEMS ARE CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK or on backorder you will be contacted by email shortly after your order is placed with what items are on backorder. You will be contacted via phone and/or email if there are any questions regarding your order.

If you request to have your order picked up at our store, you will be contacted via email and/or phone when your order is ready for pick up.
